This is my lightly used Xbox 802.11b/g Wireless Adapter MN-740.
It spent most of it's days near the Xbox collecting dust while I used
CAT 5 cabling instead.
It was too far away at the opposite end of the house from the access
point. Thus, I ran CAT 5 Ethernet cable to the Xbox instead, and have
no need for this adapter.
I am able to connect to my neighbor's access point just fine and
browse the web using Xebian (Debian Linux for Xbox). I can see
two other access points, but they are secured. Only one is open.
Primarily I access my MythTV backend server using Xbox Media Center
(XBMC), so connecting to any other access point is not useful to me.
